The mission of Timeless Homes is to enhance and extend our clients’ ability to live comfortably and safely in their own homes. We will be a trusted partner and assist in many aspects of planning, modifying, operating, and maintaining a home. When the decision is made to transition to new housing, we will assist our clients and their families in the transition to facilitate a thoughtful and smooth relocation experience.
Downsizing, Rightsizing, and Estate Disposition:
Whether you’re an empty-nester with a large home that no longer suits your needs, an older adult who is moving to assisted living or to low-maintenance housing such as an apartment or condominium, or if you are the executor of an estate, you will be faced with a challenging and often daunting responsibility. Sorting through the possessions accumulated over a lifetime, some of which have been passed through generations, is very time-consuming and can be overwhelming. You must decide which items will make the move, which items will be dispersed to other family members, and what will be sold, donated to charity, or discarded. If the home is to be sold, it will need to be prepared for market to facilitate the quickest sale at the best selling price. This may be a simple matter of a thorough cleaning, or it may entail various interior and exterior repairs and maybe some landscaping work to enhance the home’s curb-appeal. We can help.
